Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the new features and coverage take effect immediately and you are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you never lose coverage mid-month.
No. All AgeWell Alliance plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel at any time. We also offer annual billing at a 15% discount if you prefer to pay upfront and save.
The Premium plan is designed for multi-location businesses and includes coverage for all your locations under a single policy. If you have more than five locations, contact our sales team for custom Enterprise pricing that offers per-location discounts and centralized management.
No. All covered claims under the Standard and Premium plans have a zero-dollar deductible. If our technology fails and you face an ADA lawsuit that is covered under your policy, we pay the full amount up to your coverage limit with no out-of-pocket cost to you.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. For annual plans, we also accept checks. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with bank-level encryption.
